Dance Around The Blarney Stone will pay tribute to the Irish in all of us. With some of the most lively and popular tunes that we know and love, Irish music is like comfort food for the soul. It touches each one of us in a way that no other style of music can. Hear old favorites like “Irish Tune From County Derry” (DANNY BOY), “Shepherd’s Hey,” “The Irish Washerwoman,” “The Minstrel Boy,” “The Rakes of Mallow,” “Pastoral and Irish Jig,” and “Mannin Veen”. The concert will also include a tone poem consisting of 4 distinct movements about life on the Isle of Man. This island sits just off the coast of Ireland and has a similar culture to Ireland with some language differences. It’s a toe-tapping, sing-along-with-the-melody experience.
