Program Details

The Club is ideal for a wide range of seniors—from those with mild to moderate dementia and/or mobility issues, to high-functioning seniors who are in need of enhanced socialization.  The Club has been carefully designed to simultaneously provide several levels of care for everyone.

Club members benefit from social interaction and enhanced care, while their loved ones get much-needed respite.

A multidisciplinary team of professionals provides a full spectrum of care at The Club. Our professional staff includes two RNs, a Certified Activities Director, Certified Nursing Assistants and experienced recreational aides.  Our caregiver to client ratio is 1:6 to ensure personal attention for all.  A customized care plan is developed for each elder to achieve the greatest possible improvements in mental, physical and social functioning.

  • 20% of Club Members have no memory impairments. They come to The Club to avoid isolation, socialize and meet new friends.
  • 30% of Club Members have Mild Cognitive Impairment, meaning they are in the earliest stages of memory loss due to a variety of factors.
  • 10% of Club Members have Parkinson's disease.
