Privacy Policy
The Council on Aging of Martin County, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping seniors live young at any age through a wide array of services and programs. The contact information of our members, donors and purchasers is used for our internal purposes only, and is not disseminated to any outside organizations.
Be assured that we will not sell, share or rent your name and contact information to any other organizations, businesses or non-profits.
About Your Online Purchases
The Council on Aging of Martin County at the Kane Center wants you to be pleased with the activity, class or performance that you've purchased from us. To that end, we offer the following refund policy:
ON CLASSES:
- Should you take a class and find that it is not what you expected and doesn't fit your needs, we will gladly refund your class payment in full if you notify us immediately at the close of the first class. Those taking two or more class sessions will not be eligible for a refund.
- Should your schedule change prior to a class and you are unable to attend, we will refund your class fee in full if you notify us prior to the first day of class.
- Payments for one or two-session activities such as arts and crafts are not eligible for refunds, unless you contact us prior to the start of the sessions and indicate your inability to attend. In that case, you will receive a full refund.
- As is the policy with all performing arts venues, all ticket sales for performances at the Kane Center are final and non-refundable.
