Join Grace Coffey for a live, interactive Virtual Chair Yoga class right from the comfort and safety of your own home. Chair Yoga introduces participants to health-enhancing yoga postures, breathing techniques and meditation in a fun, nurturing and safe environment. It has been described as providing “physical lightness, mental calmness and emotional tranquility.” Students can choose to use either mats or chairs. The class, which is appropriate for all levels (beginner, intermediate and advanced), allows students to work according to their own flexibility and strength.

Fee: $8/class for Kane Members; $10/class for Non-Members
Must register by 5 p.m. the day before class. Students will receive access information for the virtual classroom via e-mail by 8:30 a.m. the morning of the class. No refunds for missed classes. Access to the virtual classroom will only be granted to students who have registered and paid. Do not share access information with others.
