The Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a program designed to make a positive difference in the lives of family caregivers. This six-week curriculum will help caregivers: reduce personal stress, communicate feelings and needs, utilize community services, deal with emotions such as anger, guilt and depression, and make tough caregiving decisions. Space is limited to 14 participants. Participants must commit to attend all sessions. Limited spots for complimentary respite care are available during the presentation, but must be arranged in advance. To register, call 772.223.7800.
