The Powerful Tools for Caregivers is a program you can count on to make a positive difference in your life! This six-week curriculum will help caregivers: Reduce personal stress; Communicate feelings and needs; Utilize community services; Deal with emotions such as anger, guilt, and depression; and Make tough caregiving decisions.
