Powerful tools is a six-week curriculum that will help caregivers reduce personal stress, communicate feelings and needs, utilize community services, deal with emotions such as anger, guilt and depression, and make tough caregiving decisions. Taught by Donna True, LCSW, Program Development and Outreach Coordinator and Phyllis Waters Brown, Director of the Adult Day Club. Space is limited, and participants must commit to attend all sessions. Please note: there is no class on May 30 due to the Memorial Day holiday. Call 772.223.7800 to register.
