Local historical and genealogical researcher and freelance writer, Alice Luckhardt, will present a special series of historical vignettes about Martin County. The final lecture of the series will feature the life of Captain Francis Adams, an esteemed patriotic figure and veteran of the Spanish-American War, WWI and WWII, who adopted Stuart as his home in the later years of his life.
