The goals of the Kane Clinic are to:
- Increase the access of Martin County elders to needed health services through a geriatric-specialty clinic located within the Kane Center.

Increase the ability of elders with chronic diseases to access regular monitoring of symptoms and receive more immediate responses to changes in their conditions.

Create a seamless communications (electronic medical record) network with Martin Health System that results in improved patient care, especially for elders with serious and/or chronic conditions.
