Tai Chi for Arthritis

Tai Chi for Arthritis, developed by Dr. Paul Lam, is easy to learn, enjoyable and provides many health benefits. Based on "Sun” style Tai Chi, Tai Chi for Arthritis is endorsed by the Arthritis Foundation. It is a safe and effective system that enhances strength and flexibility, while reducing joint pain and stress.

Dates/Times:      Thursdays, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE WILL BE NO TAI CHI CLASS ON MAY 28 JUNE 7 AND JUNE 14.

Fee:          $12/class for members, $15 for non-members
 
PAY AS YOU GO:  Class fee payable at the time you take each class, by cash or check only.  No pre-registration or RSVP necessary.
