- A storefront where coordinating non-profit agencies share space on a rotating basis to conveniently offer their services to seniors. One example is SHINE, Serving Health Insurance Needs of Elders, which offers free, unbiased counseling for seniors on their Medicare options.
The pergola in the Town Center is an ideal location for civic leaders and other dignitaries who want to connect with seniors in a town hall meeting atmosphere. The Town Center area (as well as the Frances Langford Theatre and Auditorium and Kane's public spaces) is available for rent for special occasions and public events.
