It's extremely important for seniors and caregivers to obtain respite care. We make it easy and convenient at our Adult Day Club. Day care clients benefit from socialization, therapy and enhanced care, while their loved ones get much-needed respite.
Our certified Care Managers can help caregivers arrange for a wide range of in-home support services.We also provide assistance with the stress of caregiving through our Caregiver Support Group. If your family is caring for an elder, our family can help.
Caregivers can bring their loved ones to the Adult Day Club at the Kane Senior Center, and then relax and enjoy performances at the Frances Langford Theatre, attend wellness classes, or grab a snack at the Kane Center Bistro.
The Council also offers free ongoing caregiver support groups that provide tips, inspiration and camaraderie. Complimentary on-site respite care is available at the Adult Day Club for your senior loved one, while you attend support groups.
