If you prefer, you can download our registration form, complete it and mail or fax it to us at 772-223-7758. To ensure your privacy and security, we do not recommend sending your completed form via e-mail. We will contact you once your information is received.

 

To sign up for Monthly Groceries, call 772-223-7845 on the first of each month to order a box of groceries for pick-up or delivery later that month. Leave your name and phone number on the voice recording, and let us know if you can pick up the groceries yourself, or if you will require delivery. Groceries are picked up on the last Saturday of each month at Abundant Life Ministries on the corner of Kanner Highway and Salerno Road in Stuart, across from the Publix shopping center.
