The Charles and Rae Kane Center is the home of the Council on Aging of Martin County, located in Stuart, Florida.  This multi-generational facility offers a wide ranage of services for seniors, their families and caregivers, and the greater Treasure Coast Community.  The not-for-profit Council on Aging provides programs that help seniors live independently in their own homes, including:  Meals on Wheels, an adult day program, senior care management, caregiver support and in-home services.  The Council is the lead senior service agency in Martin County, and is the longest standing organization in the county dedicated to serving our senior population.
